Partnerships & Sponsorship Director

The Partnerships & Sponsorship Director will develop strategic relationships that support MWIBE's growth and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach potential sponsors and partners.

· Develop sponsorship packages and partnership opportunities.

· Build relationships with businesses, organisations, and stakeholders.

· Secure funding and in-kind support for events and programmes.

· Represent MWIBE at networking and partnership meetings.

· Maintain positive relationships with sponsors and partners.

Ideal Skills:

· Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

· Confidence in presenting and negotiating.

· Business development or fundraising experience is desirable.

· Ability to identify opportunities that align with MWIBE's mission.

Youth & Mentorship Coordinator


The Youth & Mentorship Coordinator is responsible for developing opportunities that inspire, support, and empower young people, aspiring entrepreneurs, and emerging professionals through mentoring, skills development, and personal growth initiatives.

The role involves coordinating mentorship programmes, connecting members with experienced mentors, and creating pathways for young people to build confidence, develop leadership skills, gain business knowledge, and achieve their personal and professional goals.

Working closely with the Executive Committee, the Youth & Mentorship Coordinator will help foster the next generation of leaders by promoting learning, networking, wellbeing, and community engagement in line with MWIBE's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and coordinate mentoring programmes.

· Match mentees with suitable mentors.

· Support youth engagement and leadership initiatives.

· Organise workshops, career talks, and skills-development activities.

· Encourage participation in networking and learning opportunities.

· Promote confidence-building, personal development, and entrepreneurship.

· Support young people and emerging professionals to achieve their full potential.

Ideal Skills:

· Passion for youth development and empowerment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate and inspire others.

· Experience in mentoring, coaching, education, training, or community engagement is desirable.
